Join us this May for a 4 week journey were we will learn about cacao. We will dive into the origins of use. How it has travelled across the globe. How it has been used spiritually, ritually and ceremonially for over 3000 years and we will learn how to we can each work with the medicine in a way that is true to our hearts. You will also learn how to open and close a sacred container and how to use cacao as a guide.
I will teach you the art of forest bathing and how to connect to with the spirit of cacao so that we can work with her to open our hearts and deepen our healing journey. Cacao can give you the energy to go deep inward to heal yourself and aid others. The spirit of cacao has been called upon to repair relationships and communities. Considered a master plant, cacao has the ability to not only work on a soul/spirit level but on a physical one with holistic health benefits ranging from improving your mood, energy and focus to working on digestion and much more.

I have spent years dedicating my time and understanding to the medicine and energy of cacao, various plant medicines and my spiritual practice. I have studied and learned from many traditions and believe that all winding paths lead back to the same place. The present moment where all things that ever where or will be exist. It seems to be a place of magic where anything is possible. It is in this moment that we can tap into the energies and spirits that surround us. When we pair devotion and respect with the present moment we create a deep relationship with life and nature.
