Welcome to Yin and Tonic - Yoga and Cacao

Learn more about the creator of Yin and Tonic, Jeanette.

Jeanette creates spaces and offerings that help embody one's awareness and allow them to tune into their heart space so that they can build a healthy connection to their mind, body and soul. She believes that when we feel connected to the present moment we in turn become an empowered and active participant in our own lives. She believes when we are able to find the healing and love we desire within ourselves and in each and every moment we not only heal ourselves, we begin to heal the world.  Jeanette's goal is to share the medicine of love and the roots of pure awareness through movement, meditation and connection to nature. 

Jeanette is a E-RYT 200 and YACEP certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and medicine woman. She has been working with cacao for over 6 years and has been studying herbalism for 4.  She runs an online cacao facilitator training program and is passionate about helping others to connect to their nature. She is currently enrolled as a student at the Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine where she will complete the Master Herbalism Apprenticeship.
